scouting information to college and pro organizations. Ohio prospect information, rankings, and showcase events are administered
to enhance
your scouting efficiency.
TBS is NOT a recruiting service and subsequent marketer
of prospective student-athletes. The bureau's primary objective is to serve the baseball scouting community.

Since 1998,
independent scout (Jeff Fisher) has covered the state of Ohio to offer pro organizations and college coaches quality, non-partial

showcase is subject to the full annual fee.
